Bootcamp Group Training

Boot Camp delivers fitness with measurable results! Aimed at all fitness levels, it is a great way to increase fitness, strength and flexibility, in an atmosphere designed to get you motivated. With no harsh exercises that are found in some other boot camps. Our Boot Camp has qualified trainers to guide you all the way. It doesn't matter what your goals are whether you’re trying to lose weight, get stronger or run a fun run, Our Boot Camp can cater for all.

Botanical Gardens, Brisbane City (main Rotunda)

When:

Midday, 12:05pm to 12:50pm, Monday & Friday

To Bring:

A towel and a water bottle

Wet Weather Plan:

If raining, sessions will be conducted in undercover parts of the park
