Boxing Group

Boxing group is a Cardio session that is based around boxing and kick-boxing training. It also includes some running, skipping and abdominal work. If your job is making you stressed come and take some of it out in this high impact session.

Lunch Sessions

Where:

Botanical Gardens, Brisbane City (main Rotunda)

When:

Midday, 12:05pm to 12:50pm, Tuesday & Thursday

To Bring:

A towel and a water bottle

Wet Weather Plan:

If raining, sessions will be conducted in undercover parts of the park
